To ensure the integrity of the items, all clothing is kept in a designated room separate from the main living areas, where my pets are not permitted. Although I take every precaution, including meticulous storage and handling, it is possible that stray hairs may inadvertently transfer. Prior to dispatching any items, I conduct a thorough inspection to confirm they are free of pet hair.

* I am a buyer too and I hate when I buy something described in excellent or great condition and when I receive it, is not as was described. I do not want that you happen for the same, then I like to be honest with you trying to describe the best that I can, if I saw any stain, flaw or tear, you will be sure that I will describe it.
