FEW Single Malt whisky is made of 100% malted barley smoked with cherrywood rather than peat. Distilled at our home in Evanston, IL – the seat of the Temperance Movement – and aged in our rick houses, all just north of Chicago, giving this whisky singularity, no doubt. This is a limited run item produced in small quantities, no more that 600 bottles annually. It is beloved by malt whisky drinkers for its hints of smoked almonds, honey on the nose, as well as oak and semi-sweet chocolate from the cherry wood.
