At Sunshine Flippers, we procure many of our items from auctions and retail stores, making every effort to provide accurate descriptions and conduct tests whenever feasible. If you receive your item and are not completely satisfied, or if you discover a defect or issue that we may have overlooked, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and ensuring a positive outcome for you!
We accept returns for defects on all items and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Our goal is for you to be a happy customer who feels confident shopping with us again!
If you accidentally purchased an item and wish to cancel, please notify us immediately. Once the item is packed, we are unable to reverse or cancel the order once it has been handed over to the carrier.
Any item returned due to buyer error will incur a restocking fee, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price.
Any item that was sold as new and has been opened and returned will be subject to a return fee based on the difference between its new and used values, in addition to a restocking fee and return shipment costs.
Any item sold as new but found to be factory defective from the original vendor is not the responsibility of the seller. Customers should address such issues directly with the original vendor for a refund.
If an item is shipped back to the seller due to buyer address error or package rejection, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Please be aware that we typically ship within 3 business days of payment clearing. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over it. Any delays or lost shipments must be addressed by the buyer directly with the respective carrier, as these issues are beyond the seller’s control. Refunds for lost packages or delays will need to be pursued through the carrier, not through the seller.
