ABOUT THIS WINE
Sourced from the esteemed “Les Bassets” vineyard in Montagny, this Chardonnay reflects the purity of its limestone-rich terroir. After a careful hand harvest, the grapes underwent gentle whole-cluster pressing. Fermentation was conducted with native yeasts, followed by aging in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels to preserve the wine’s crisp, aromatic character. The wine rested on its fine lees for added texture and complexity before bottling in the summer of 2023.
