Tierra de Ensueno Blanco Tequila is asmall batch barrel-rested blanco handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is made using only natural ingredients: agave, water, and yeast. The tequila offers a delicate blend of subtle cooked agave, white pepper, citrus, and herbal undertones in its aroma.

The Tierra de Ensueño Tequila Reposado Rioja offers a harmonious blend of flavors, enriched by its meticulous production methods. Its vibrant essence begins with the carefully selected Tequilana Weber agave, which is harmoniously cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens to enhance its inherent sweetness. The juice is then extracted using a roller mill, ensuring that only the finest components are captured.

Aging Process

The Reposado Rioja is aged to perfection in  Spanish wine casks, utilizing a single barrel approach that imbues the spirit with subtle notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel. This unique aging process allows the tequila to develop a golden hue while maintaining the agave’s vibrant character.
