Shipping Information

All parcels will be sent by Recorded, Signed-For or Tracked delivery unless otherwise stated and your tracking information will be added following despatch – Our stock is located across various locations, therefore local collection cannot be arranged
We aim to send parcels within 3 days of payment, however if you require your item urgently, please do ask and we will do our best ensure your parcel is despatched as soon as possible 
We will always be happy to combine items in one parcel and reduce costs wherever possible. Please request a quote as this will depend on the items you require and the weight of the combined parcel – If your combined parcel weighs over 2kg, it may be cheaper to send as 2 separate parcels
In the very unlikely event of an item not arriving it is the responsibility of the customer to make a claim with the Royal Mail, and we will be glad to support you by supplying claim forms and a copy of our proof of posting. (Royal Mail will only compensate, where appropriate, for the amount the claimant has paid for an item, so in order to receive the purchase price, it is the buyer who must make the claim.)

International Customers:

We use eBay’s Global Shipping Service only and will not ship overseas outside of this service. With this service, we ship to one of eBay’s inland distribution centres and eBay will send your package from here. This protects both the buyer and seller in the event that a parcel is lost.
