FULL POWER ON ANY TRANSMISSION
The factory transmission control units (TCU) include software limiters that restrict engine power when torque limits are exceeded from tuning. For GTI models with locked TCUs, our calibration team has custom-coded the engine control unit (ECU) programming to properly manage torque signals to and from the transmission. This advanced strategy safely enables full horsepower and torque, even without a TCU tune.
Stage 1 & 2 low torque files are included for manual transmissions w/stock clutch.
STAGE 1
UP TO 457 HP & 460 FT-LBS TORQUE
The iE Stage 1 ECU tune delivers an easy 46% more horsepower and 56% more torque on stock hardware. This simple flash-only upgrade overhauls your engine computer with massive power gains, increased rev limit, enthusiast drive mapping, snappy throttle response, and increased boost pressures. Enjoy faster 0-60 times and stronger acceleration in only minutes from your phone!

Ready for the next step? Jump to Stage 2 by upgrading your intake and intercooler to unlock more power. This tune retains all Stage 1 features while taking full advantage of increased airflow, lower intake air temps, and faster heat recovery to deliver 147 HP and 165ft-lbs over stock. Exhaust lovers will love the added overrun/crackle feature.
