We are more than open to offers, however please do not take offence if your offer is so declined. There is nothing personal in this. 
⭐️POSTAGE 
We  are happy to offer free standard postage on all orders within Australia.  Express postage is avail for $5 (on any size parcel) you can request it at checkout and it will be added to your total.
Standard International shipping is $35 AUD for one item(regardless of size and weight) with each additional item billed at $5 per package.
If you require express please reach out and let us know prior to payment being made so we can bill you ahead of order confirmation. Below are the additional charges for customers requiring express postage.

For all international shipping we encourage buyers to check if there are any customs fees to bring items purchased into your country.
Ebay will collect VAT (which will appear in your total at checkout) but your country may also collect other fees associated with the processing of your order through customs. We recommend doing a google search to see an approx  percentage in advance  to avoid unexpected charges at delivery.
We are unable to adjust this amount, add it to any amounts already paid or give refunds of extra costs incurred. 
This is  the responsibility of the buyer at point of purchase- we do not receive a percentage of VAT or customs charges.
⭐️IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED
We take every opportunity to identify faults such as marks, stains,  seamstress, holes, tears, missing buttons, or damaged hems, however we are not perfect and things can be missed.
In the event of this happening, please send us a message and we will create a return label for you to post the item back to us.
Upon the return of the item you can choose from the following:
A Full refund
Or
We will repair or clean the item to the standard listed in the original item description that you purchased it from.
⭐️SIZING
Measurements can be found  above. All measurements on articles of clothing have been taken lying flat.
Please message if you need more information as not every brand follows the same measurements per size.  We are more than happy to provide you with feedback or suggestions on a wide range of brands in our store, send us a message and we’ll do our best to answer any questions. 
⭐️RETURNS
We are happy to offer 60 day free returns on all national orders, and buyer paid 30 day returns on all international orders.
If your purchase is unsuitable, you don’t like it or you just don’t need it anymore  we are happy to have the item returned for a full refund once received back.
We are also happy  it it to be fixed, cleaned, repaired etc to the standard it was listed as in the event that you want to keep it, but that it has arrived differently to what was expected..

⭐️UNPAID/SELLER CANCELLED ORDERS 
We understand that life can change daily and sometimes purchases cannot be completed. Please reach out so that we can resolve your order as soon as possible. Ebay allows 4 days for payment to be made and a range of payment methods, if this is not enough, please message to see if we can help. 
Multiple order cancellations due to non payment and no communication will result in you being blocked.
