Safety and Performance Review
A Safety and Performance Review is automatically included in a mail-order tune or as part of our subscription Support Service (starting from the time you receive the tune). This eliminates uncertainty regarding your car’s performance, as we can diagnose any potential issues caused by something mechanical or install-related.
To access our Safety and Performance Review service, visit our , sign up, and submit a request containing your original order number. You will also have to provide the PCM Code, the Tuning Device Serial Number, and the full modification list. We will reply with precisely what we need data logged.
Currently, this service is only available on bolt-on mail-order tunes for 2011+ models.
Tuning Revision
Tuning Revisions for minor modifications are free of charge up to 6 months after you’ve received your initial tune(s). After that period runs out, you may opt for an additional support period. This service includes a data-log analysis per our , as well as minor tune revisions per our .
Remote Tuning Session
Remote Tuning Sessions are for required all power adder (including nitrous) and extreme naturally aspirated vehicles. These sessions include extensive data logging support for dialing in the modifications done to your vehicle. We will analyze the logs and send revisions until the tune is fully dialed in.
